RESERVATION POLICIES:

Please feel free to schedule your healing and wellness sessions online, or by email or phone (texting is the best way to get in touch with me personally) 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Grateful Life Wellness asks that you provide 48-hour notice if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Pre-paid appointments will have a credit applied to their account for future appointments, or a gift card will be given for you to gift to someone else. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us 48-hour notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged 100% of the service.

CHECK-IN:

Please show up a few minutes before your scheduled time.

FACILITIES:

There are other practitioners in the studio, please be mindful of their space and keep your volume down when talking, and if you need to talk on the phone, please be courteous and go outside. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you are under the care of a physician, please make sure massage is cleared by your doctor first. If there are any health concerns, I am not a doctor, but I do have many resources to assist you, or guide you in the right direction.
