Join us for a Sound Bath session led by Melodie from Grateful Life Wellness, held in the Midland Meeting Room on the 2nd floor. This session will immerse you in soothing sound waves that promote deep relaxation and mental clarity.

Melodie's expertise in reiki, hypnosis, and healing instruments help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to tranquility, peace, and an enhanced sense of self-love and acceptance. The session is designed to alleviate anxiety, boost creativity, and harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

What to bring: A yoga mat, pillow, and any comfort items you may need, as you will be laying on the floor.
