This series has been such a wonderful experience, we have really tapped into the energy centers that we hold within our bodies, this next part in our series will be focused on our crown chakra!

We will bring balance to the lower chakras using instruments that are finely tuned to create movement and to help awaken parts of yourself.

The crown chakra is the seventh chakra. Located at the top of the head, it gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The function of the Crown chakra is driven by consciousness and gets us in touch with the universal.

This deep purple and white thousand petaled lotus sits at the top of the head like a crown. It is associated with the pituitary gland and helps to regulate the endocrine system and nervous system.

This sound bath is for everyone, but if you are feeling disconnected from your mind, body or spirit this will be especially beneficial.
