In today’s world, we forget how powerful art, imagination, and free-flowing creativity are, and how they can transform our lives. As a child, do you remember how great it felt to create without abandon, appreciating the alchemy of color and exploring art without judgment or an agenda?

Melodie Polansky and Melissa Estabrook are combing the magic of sound healing, visualization, hypnosis, and free-flow art to drop you into a deep state of relaxation, unlocking creative flow and just pure fun while tapping into that creative child-like wonder we all remember.

Our session will begin with a community connection circle to tap into your thoughts around creativity and blocks you may experience. Next, you will be guided through visualization, hypnosis, and sound to help tap into your creativity center. Lastly, we will drop into an artistic group flow using various mediums of paints, oil pastels, and charcoal.

Be prepared to get messy and wear clothes you won't mind getting paint mediums on. You will be encouraged to use your hands and even your feet. You are also encouraged to bring any props to feel comfortable and supported during our circle and sound healing portion.

We can’t wait to flow and play with you! Space is limited and absolutely no art experience needed. This is an event for everyone and ALL are welcome!
