November 14th at 6:30 for this Ceremony of the Heart that will infuse the medicine of movement, with Cacao, mantras, and soothing sound healing to close our time together.

The Ceremonial Cacao that we will share is from the Rainforest of Guatemala, harvested by a Women's Collective, with the intention to be served and used as medicine.

Due to the benefits Cacao has been used for centuries to aide in meditation, dance, and ceremonies all over the world.

After we take some time with our Cacao, we will move into Kirtan, learning some mantras in Sanskrit (the yogic language) This will be a call and repeat practice.(No experience nessesary) If you know a mantra or two, you are welcome to share with us too! During this Kirtan you will learn what each Mantra means, and the story behind it. This is a beautiful way to deepen your yoga practice, and explore your voice without judgement. All sounds are welcome, so if you have drums, shakers, or any other instruments, feel free to bring them along! You do not need to stay seated for this practice, in fact many people like to dance during Kirtan, so movement is encouraged!

Bring your own cup for Cacao, water bottle, and any yoga props that you may want for this time together. If you don't have your own props, we have some you can borrow!

Suggested donation $25-$45 and sign up and prepayment is required to insure we have the right amount of cacao for you.
