SACRED CEREMONY FOR WOMBKEEPERS

EVENT INSPIRATION:
Alyssa Gutierrez has been initiated into the Sacred Womb Sisterhood Traditions, and has taken on the honor to offer this ceremony, and other similar ceremonies to women, and womb keepers. This ceremony comes from a beautiful blend of sacred traditions that offers, inspires and holds space for women to heal themselves, and their ancestral lineages. During this ceremony Alyssa will offer the traditions of her Greecian hertiage linage, and the traditions of South America.

This sacred ceremony comes to us from the Medicine-Women of Greece, the Amazon, Peru and Mexico, as a transcendence of suffering, fear and blood-lineage karma and trauma. It is a sacred practice that has been offered to women for generations. Its purpose is to heal the suffering, karma and trauma that has been passed on through the female lineages, from which we all come.

Join us in ceremony, on the evening of the Solar Eclipse, to connect with Gaia, Pachamama; our Earth Mother, for this deeply moving ceremony. The energy and emotions that come to fruition throughout this ceremony, will create awareness from deep within you to begin (or continue) the healing of your womb space, and all energies, experiences, traumas, agreements, and pain in which you inherited through your blood and incarnation in this life. If you are a woman, a person with a womb, or a person who had a womb, then please join us in ceremony.

This event is open to maidens, mothers and crones alike. Young ladies 8 years of age or older are welcome to come. Bring your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, and your lady friends. This will be a powerful healing experience for all.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• 5:00pm – 5:30pm: Arrival of guests, cleansing of energies, and opening of the sacred circle
• 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Honoring of the Maidens, the Mothers, and the Crones in sacred sisterhood
• 6:30pm – 7:15pm: Fire ceremony for ancestral womb keepers, present womb keepers, and future generations
• 7:15pm – 8:00pm: Sacred sound medicine, final offerings, and sealing of the sacred circle

Guests must reserve their spot to this ceremony in advance; as we will be preparing specific items for each attendee. This is a free-will donation event, we do not want a cost to keep anyone from joining us. However, a recommendation of a $10 - $15 donation would be appreciated to cover the costs of the items that will be supplied to participants and for the guest practitioners that will be holding sacred space for this ceremony.

COME PREPARED:
• Come in comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing
• Bring a pillow and/or yoga mat, meditation pillow, or seating
• Insect repellant, as this event will be outdoors
• Guests are welcome to bring a drum or a rattle if they have one
• Bring a journal and/or writing utensil
• This ceremony can oftentimes be emotional, we typically have a larger group; it is recommended that you bring your own tissues so it is more readily available to you

THE LOCATION OF THIS CEREMONY WILL BE PROVIDED ON A PRIVATE BASIS TO EACH GUEST ATTENDING 2-DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IT WILL BE IN THE CLEAR LAKE IOWA AREA.
