Updates and more

To say that I have been busy is an understatement! There are so many things happening it is hard for me to keep up. First-my little Griffin was born on May 12th, 2019, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ME! He came a couple of weeks early which definitely caught us off guard, and I wasn’t ready at all, but he was born Earthside without complications and through a lot of self care with Yoga, Massage, and Meditation I was able to have a wonderful experience that I will treasure for a lifetime. He is doing great, and my three sons are all getting along, for now.

Second piece of business is the location of my new studio! Although it is not quite ready to move into, it is getting there and the excitement is building. We were hoping to be open in July for when I came back from maternity leave, but it was not in the cards and we had to move to a temporary location in the meantime. It is working out so far, and although it feels strange to be in someones space without all of my things around me, it has a good flow of energy there and best of all, NO STAIRS. Since I do not have an exact date on the new space, I will keep everyone posted as to when we will be officially opening at the new space.

I have been saying we, well I should elaborate on that one…I have a roommate and she is a wonderful Massage Therapist who focuses on myofascial release and other medical massage modalities. She is very in tune, and knows her stuff! Working near someone who has such a different view on things has been exciting as I know that we can learn so much from each other. I look forward to introducing her to my dear friends and clients alike.

Other exciting news is the creation of some classes that I will be teaching in the fall. I will be offering Reiki 1, 2, 3 & Master Levels. The dates are still up in the air right now, but I will have a more solid calendar soon. I am also looking into teaching some art therapy classes as well as some possible guided meditations, dance and other continued education classes. Be on the lookout for those!!

I am also currently looking into a Wellness/Health Coach training that will take place over the next 6-8 months. I am hoping to focus less on diet and exercise, and more on body image and help guiding you through your challenges with your health and wellness. More on that later.

There is always so much to be grateful for, but with my full heart I am sending gratitude to my lovely clients who have been supportive and have followed me through all of these transitions that my business has made over the years. I am learning as I go and it is challenging at times. Locations, business names, and my overall approach are always important to me and I want to make sure that you are getting the best treatment possible.
